Agricultural Loans & Mortgages
Fixed asset improvements by way of acquisition, construction or repair can be financed by way of an agricultural loan or mortgage.  With terms between 6 months and 5 years and the option of fixed or variable rates we can give you an affordable payment term.  We also offer the types of loan programs that are guaranteed by the Government of Canada through the Farm Improvement Government Guaranteed Loans Act.  Loan life insurance is also available for all your agricultural borrowings.
    
Agricultural Quick Loan
All loan requests under $5,000 should be setup as a quick loan.  This allows easy access to funds on an emergency or recurring basis.  If you find you are borrowing small amounts of money over a short period of time the quick loan could save you time and money, by applying once and reviewing the loan every 5 years.  A quick loan can be disbursed in any amount, but each disbursement is subject to a disbursement fee.  Interest is calculated on only the outstanding balance and must be paid monthly.  Repayment of principal is set by you!
    
Agricultural Line of Credit / Operating Loan
A line of credit or operating loan can be used for operating purposes such as seasonal requirements or other cash flow needs.  The line of credit can be attached to your agricultural chequing account.  Access the funds by simply using a debit instrument on your chequing account.  Deposits made to the chequing account act as payment of the line of credit.  Interest is charged on the closing daily balance and debited from the chequing account on the last day of the month.
